This notice explains what Zero to Many, LLC collects through zerotomany.lovable.app, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. Client and venture platforms we build and operate have their own notices.

Last updated: February 2026

The short version

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We ask for contact details in exactly two places, the project brief and the contact form, and we use what you send to reply to you.

Form submissions are stored in our own managed database, hosted on our behalf by our cloud provider. They are not readable from this website, are not shared with advertisers, and are kept only as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the enquiry.

What we collect

Two categories, and nothing else that identifies you.

  • Information you give us: name, email address, organization, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in a project brief or message.
  • Basic technical information generated by visiting any website: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. Our hosting provider processes this to serve pages and protect against abuse.
  • A file name, if you attach a file to a project brief. On this build the file itself never leaves your device.
  • We do not collect government identifiers, payment details, health information, precise location, or information from children.

Why we use it

To answer you, to scope work you have asked us about, to maintain a record of business inquiries, to keep the site working and secure, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. If you subscribe to the newsletter we use your address for that letter and nothing else.

We do not use what you send us to train models, and we do not enrich it against third-party data brokers.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Strictly necessary storage may be used to keep the site functioning, and a project brief in progress is held in your browser's session storage so a refresh does not lose your work. That stays on your device and clears when you close the tab.

No analytics provider is loaded on the current build. If we later enable privacy-respecting analytics, we will record only categorical events such as which page was viewed or which form step was reached, never the contents of what you typed, and we will update this notice first.

Who we share it with

Service providers who make the site run, under contract and only for that purpose: our hosting and content delivery provider, and, once connected, our database and transactional email providers. We will name the categories here as each is enabled.

We may disclose information if legally required, or to protect the rights and safety of people using our services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Business inquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we have a record of what was discussed. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. We delete or anonymize what we no longer need.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may have the rights below. We honor them regardless of residency where we reasonably can, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them.

  • Know what we hold about you and how it is used.
  • Get a copy of it, or ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it, subject to records we must legally keep.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any letter, or by emailing us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Once submission storage is connected, access will be restricted to the founders and enforced at the database layer. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential client data through a web form.

Third-party sites

We link to venture, client, and partner websites we do not control, including sites operated by our own ventures. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their notices before submitting anything to them.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when our practices change, and always before switching on a new collection or delivery path. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
