Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Zero to Many, LLC may update these terms; changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
What this site is
This site describes the studio's work, the ventures we own and operate, the capabilities we sell, and the writing we publish. It is marketing and editorial material.
Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a guarantee of any outcome, or professional advice for your specific situation. Submitting a project brief or a message does not create a client relationship, a confidentiality obligation, or any commitment by us to take on work.
Acceptable use
Use the site the way it is meant to be used.
- Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not scrape at a volume that degrades service, or bypass rate limiting and access controls.
- Do not submit malware, unlawful content, or another person's information without their permission.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a form submission.
- Do not use our name, marks, or content to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Submissions you send us
Do not send confidential or sensitive information through this site. Anything you submit through a form or by email is treated as non-confidential unless we have a signed agreement that says otherwise.
You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to read it, store it, and use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. If your idea resembles something we already build, already own, or are already exploring, sending it here creates no claim against us.
Intellectual property
Text, design, layout, code, and graphics on this site are owned by Zero to Many, LLC or its licensors unless credited otherwise. Client, partner, and venture names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe work performed.
You may quote and link to our writing with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, reuse our design or code, or present our work as your own without written permission.
Ventures and client work
We keep what we own separate from what we build for others, on this site and everywhere else.
Ventures listed under Ventures are owned or co-owned and operated by the studio. Projects listed under Selected Work were built for clients and partners who own their own businesses, brands, and platforms. Nothing on this site should be read to imply that we own a client's or partner's organization, or that they endorse our other work.
Forward-looking statements
Some things described here are in development rather than generally available, and we label them that way. Descriptions of planned features, platforms, or releases are statements of intent, not commitments or delivery dates.
Third-party links
The site links to venture, client, and partner websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero to Many, LLC, its members, and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zero to Many, LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, email us. Most disagreements are faster to fix in a conversation.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the privacy notice, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
